• Data Entry: Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into software systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
• System Monitoring: Regularly checking computer systems, servers, and software for optimal performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
• File Management: Effectively organizing, saving, and retrieving files or documents as required by the team.
• Printing and Scanning: Handling print jobs, scanning documents, and maintaining related records with precision.
• Report Preparation: Creating daily, weekly, or monthly reports using MS Word or Excel to support business decisions.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrating expertise in operating common office software like MS Office, Tally, or ERP systems.
• Email and Communication: Sending, receiving emails, and sharing files as instructed to ensure seamless communication.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor hardware or software issues through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Data Backup: Assisting in routine data backup to prevent loss of critical information.
• Interdepartmental Support: Providing necessary computer-based assistance to other departments as required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Tally and ERP systems.
