Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services team. As a Management Trainee-Associate Product Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients over the phone and email on our software or responsible for implementing their event requirements in the tool and sharing best practices with them.

  • Provide technical assistance and answer product questions to clients over the phone and email
  • Offer tips to boost meeting attendance via our marketing engine
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
  • Create and maintain product documentation
  • Implement and manage online client events as needed
  • Gather client requirements and implement them in our event management software
  • Communicate with clients and review initial implementations, making required changes
  • Provide suggestions to improve implementation results and help clients meet their goals
  • Document all client communication in our CRM software

  • Fresh graduates (Batch 2024, 2025)
