Education Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced teacher to lead our pre primary classes and develop engaging lesson plans that foster learning and development in young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design educational programs for early childhood students incorporating creative approaches to enhance the learning experience
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment by setting clear expectations and promoting social skills among students
• Keep accurate records of student progress and development to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making
• Collaborate with teachers to share best practices and improve student outcomes through collaborative planning and resource sharing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in pre primary education
• Relevant certification or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
