Senior Structural Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior structural engineer to lead our team.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior structural engineers, coordinating with appointed consultants and peer reviewers.
  • Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the structural team/consultant.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality parameters.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in structural engineering, with a degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.
