Job Title:

Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a senior software engineering position that involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of digital capabilities to drive effective customer engagement and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Commercialization IT leads and broader IT matrix organization to design, develop, and implement digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT partners and business teams to understand requirements and use cases.
  • Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to help prove out/establish potential digital capability solutions.
  • Contribute to requirement grooming, documentation, UT test plan, ST, and UAT during release.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for applications and dependent apps.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of services to support digital solutions enablement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of software-development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva system integrations and content authoring tools.
  • A solid understanding of Veeva CRM application and its integration with PromoMats and MedComms.
  • The ability to build strong partnerships, communicate effectively, and articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • A passion for innovation, self-motivation, and a desire to quickly learn new technologies.
