We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting experience and proficiency in ERP Tally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) on time.
- Evaluate accurate input tax credit (ITC) claims and reconcile with books.
- Monitor GST notices and respond promptly.
- Support GST audits and collaborate with consultants or statutory auditors.
- Stay updated on changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes in filing procedures.
- Finalize and record sales transactions and related accounting activities accurately.
- B2B accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams.
- Reconcile B2B invoices with GSTR-2B/2A for ITC validation.
- Resolve mismatches between books and GST portal entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, billing, operations) for dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP Tally.
- Knowledge of GST and Law.
