Key Responsibilities

Treasury Analyst Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash and liquidity management, with experience in coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing daily cash flow, optimizing fund usage, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Cash & Liquidity Management:
  • Consolidate financial data from various sources to inform cash management decisions;
  • Manage daily liquidity to optimize returns on surplus funds;
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Centres (SSCs) for accounting and reporting purposes;
  • Prepare reports highlighting direct cash flow for each business unit;
  • Manage user access and bank accounts within the KYC framework;
  • Support the sharing of data with credit rating agencies as required.
  • Investment Management:
  • Provide MIS on investment returns and deployment to enable informed decision-making;
  • Allocate surplus funds into suitable instruments like fixed deposits and mutual funds;
  • Update the Treasury Management System (TMS) and accounting records;
  • Prepare schedules including income and expense statements;

INR Loan Management:

  • Ensure timely updation of TMS and accounting records;
  • Prepare schedules, including expense and revenue statements.

Vendor Finance Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate vendor finance operations;
  • Handle end-to-end operations of vendor finance programs.

Subsidiaries Cash & Investment Management:

  • Manage daily liquidity and optimize fund usage;
  • Deploy surplus funds through investments (MF/FD), INR loans, or other options;
  • Manage foreign subsidiaries' compliance and KYC requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS);
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
