Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a senior backend-heavy MERN developer position requiring 6+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain scalable, high-performance services using Node.js.
  • Develop and optimize APIs, microservices and integrations.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to define interfaces, data contracts and integrate frontend/backend.
  • Handle deployment, infrastructure and operations on AWS ensuring high availability, security, logging, scalability.
  • Ensure code quality through tests, code reviews and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express and building/maintaining backend services in production.
  • Database: Strong experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, querying, scaling and performance optimisation.
  • Frontend Collaboration: Comfortable with frontend development using React (with Vite) and understanding of how backend/frontend interact.
  • Cloud/Deployment: Experience in AWS setting up environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring and security.
