Job Description:
  • Lead and manage a group of skilled frontend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of complex user interfaces and applications using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to create robust solutions.
  • Manage agile methodologies and take ownership of sprint planning, estimation, and team deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of frontend development experience with strong expertise in modern web technologies.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, React Router, or similar state management tools.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git and build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with TypeScript, server-side rendering (SSR), or other advanced frontend techniques.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience leading agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
