Global SAP Concur Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and support SAP Concur modules for global clients. The role involves designing, configuring, and testing these modules to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes.
  • Configure workflows, audit rules, and reporting across SAP Concur modules.
  • Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).
  • Strong configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules.
  • Good understanding of integration approaches using APIs or API-based tools.
  • Knowledge of travel and expense policies, finance operations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • SAP Concur certifications or formal training, experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes is a plus.
