Job Description

This is a senior analyst position focused on developing and designing employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics.

Under the direction of a HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, you will be responsible for creating efficiencies, assisting, and meeting regulatory requirements for Human Resources, Compliance and Legal teams.

  • Develop reports and dashboards in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
  • Contribute to core/general HR reporting, other Oracle HCM module reporting, and/or projects.
  • Facilitate functional compliance, data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis, surfacing opportunities for improvement or corrective action to various HR leaders and tracking ongoing improvements or trends.
  • Translate requirements to technical developers.
  • Perform first-level issue analysis for potential issues; and testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience building and testing reports in Business Intelligence/visualization applications.
  • HR process and/or data experience.
  • Proven strength and experience utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for variety of data analysis needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word & PowerPoint.
