Job Title: SAP Implementation Specialist

SAP Consultant Role Overview

This role involves implementing SAP solutions tailored to client needs, and configuring applications to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain concepts and practices, as well as experience with data modeling and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAP IBP/OBP solutions in accordance with project requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality.
  • Provide post-implementation training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment across various functions.
  • Analyze and optimize existing IBP/OBP processes for efficiency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Assist in project management activities and provide regular updates.
  • Perform data migrations and integration using best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IBP and facilitate workshops for business challenge identification.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP IBP/OBP.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and practices.
  • Data Analytics: Experience with data modeling and analytics tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Integration Tools: Experience with integration tools and techniques.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: SAP IBP/OBP certifications are a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile: Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in documentation tools.
