**Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational performance through process automation and innovation
  • Achieve business/service goals for assigned areas (and/or multi-functional operations) by optimizing processes and reducing defects
  • Effectively manage resources and processes to achieve required results through deep dive analysis and strategic thinking
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing efficiencies and effectiveness of operations
  • Develop existing and new team processes and procedures as needed
  • Lead teams to identify opportunities and translate them into scalable product and process solutions
  • Initiate and own cost center management through process improvement and technology enhancement
  • Work closely with commercial and planning teams on ongoing projects for customers
