Automation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Automation Lead to oversee the implementation of automation projects and guide team members in setting up workflow automation systems.

This role combines project oversight, client communication, and a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation.

About the Role:

As an Automation Lead, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams. You'll also guide and mentor team members in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guide and mentor team members in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating team members and client expectations.
