Job Description:

As a Software Development Engineer in Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing automated testing strategies, test plans, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers.

You will identify and implement necessary automation testing and coverage metrics to guarantee comprehensive and efficient validation. Additionally, you will design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance, and scalability of the system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing project-quality goals, test strategy, test plan, and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers.
  • Identifying and implementing necessary automation testing and coverage metrics.
  • Designing automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality, performance, and scalability of the system.
  • Maintaining and enhancing automated test cases for various product areas.
  • Analyzing test results and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 4 years of experience in testing and automation.
  • Proven track record of leading testing practices, writing exhaustive test plans, and automating test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Appium.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully across cross-functional teams.
