We are seeking a visionary entrepreneur with a marketing-oriented mindset to co-found a fast-growing digital agency. This role is ideal for someone willing to take calculated risks, create innovative solutions, and scale them globally.
You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Tech Co-Founders, sharing equity opportunities and aligning product growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead content strategy and academic operations.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including performance ads, influencer collaborations, and social media initiatives.
- Represent the brand as its face, showcasing a strong camera presence in videos and storytelling.
- Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Tech Co-Founders to drive product, growth, and vision alignment.
- Introduce innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
- Strong analytical skills and research abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the digital agency space is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
