Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and engage a dynamic teacher community through digital campaigns and storytelling
  • Craft compelling content that highlights the impact of our work in government schools
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and stakeholders to drive positive change in education

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus)
  • Ability to track engagement and refine strategies with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach
  • Passion for education, community building, and creating large-scale social impact
