We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of programs supported by our application.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for data analysis and education. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to track program impact, monitoring and evaluating education programs across districts, training teachers and administrators on the Vinoba App, and supporting application development with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field, and 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis, along with proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for stakeholder engagement, is a must.
