Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Transportation, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, supply/transportation planning, or a related field in fast-paced business-driven environments.
  • 13 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse teams, manage projects effectively, and nurture talent.
  • Deep understanding of India's transportation landscape, including socio-geographical dynamics and market specifics.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills to tackle complex transportation and planning challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse groups.
