Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all pre and post-contract activities for residential luxury villa projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, lead project initiatives, and develop relationships with vendors.
  • Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives, manage vendor development, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and project management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
