About the Role:
This is a highly specialized position within our organization, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quality Risk management framework and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical way. Additionally, they should have excellent report writing skills and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our manufacturing processes;
- Conduct thorough investigations into any deviations from standard procedures, using structured methodologies such as root cause analysis;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of our manufacturing operations are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and activities, providing regular updates to management;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quality assurance and regulatory guidelines, applying this knowledge to improve our overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, or chemical engineering;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation, with experience in tools such as Minitab;
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
