Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for designing instrumentation documents, including instrument data sheets, wiring diagrams, hook-ups, selection of instrument components and controls, junction boxes, and drives for various Flowserve projects as per contract against specific customer orders.

The role requires working on multiple projects and engineering assignments, ensuring overall quality and on-time delivery of customer submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and develop instrument datasheets, wiring diagrams, and other basic documents using DraftSight products/software and Microsoft tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to select instruments and electrical equipment, such as transmitters, gauges, valves, analog/digital devices, switches, control stations, power JB, drivers, and controls.
  • Review and analyze various standards, create specification reviews, and design electrical and instrumentation systems based on project requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure the project is completed as per customer requirements.
  • To design and develop cable schedules, wiring drawings, and other documentation related to instrumentation.
