Job Title: Senior IT Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to lead our Core HR functionalities implementation, develop and optimize Fast Formula for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules, drive adoption of Oracle HCM Redwood UI features, collaborate with HR business stakeholders, and provide production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Core HR functionalities.
  • Develop and optimize Fast Formula for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules.
  • Drive adoption of Oracle HCM Redwood UI features and VBCS extensions for enhanced user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure integration with third-party applications.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the HCM team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Core HR configuration and Fast Formula development.
  • Preferred: Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood UI or VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
  • Proficiency in related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM tools like HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
