Job Title: Senior Telecommunications Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and validation of a Fortinet FortiVoice 50G2 IP-PBX system with seven phones for ten users.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and configuration of advanced communication systems, preferably Fortinet FortiVoice solutions.
  • Conducting pre-installation assessments to ensure network readiness.
  • Providing in-depth user/admin training.
  • Delivering comprehensive documentation upon completion.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in advanced communication systems and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and DHCP protocols.
  • Familiarity with FXO/FXS ports, PSTN integration, and call routing rules.
  • Ability to configure extensions, voicemail, call forwarding, and auto-attendant features.

Experience:
  • Eight or more years of hands-on experience in telephony and PBX system installations.
  • Prior experience with Fortinet systems is beneficial.
