We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Warehouse Executive. This position involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

This job entails managing warehousing and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Evaluate and ensure completion of warehouse tasks within specified timelines and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Pull, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put Away processes is essential.
  • Conduct regular audits to guarantee high accuracy levels of stock at warehouses.
  • Generate Monthly, Weekly, and Daily reports using Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with transporters and courier partners for successful dispatches and Return to Origin (RTO) orders.
  • Create E-way bills, Good Receipts, and verify vendor invoices according to agreements.
  • Coordinate effectively with both internal and external team members.

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile within E-commerce or Fulfillment Centre environments.
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is advantageous.
  • A degree, proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs, and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain productivity while working 6 days a week.
