  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects to excellent standards, within deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

  • Client Representation: Represent us at client, site, and external design meetings, effectively communicating project progress and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with colleagues across disciplines in discussions, events, and seminars, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

  • Documentation: Produce and review reports, presentations, models, drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and design development reports.
  • Project Planning: Plan and manage Revit inputs for production of design work, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Design Calculations: Prepare and review detailed design calculations, specifications, schedules, and reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
