We're seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to spearhead our test strategy and automation initiatives.

Job Description:

The Automation Test Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute automated tests, identifying defects, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and maintain detailed test strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and software development methodologies.
  • Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using object-oriented programming languages, leveraging tools such as Jenkins CI/CD.
  • Defect Management: Effectively identify, document, and manage defects throughout the defect life cycle, ensuring timely resolution and validation.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management, SQL skills, and data validation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with product teams, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable processes and facilitate knowledge sharing.
