Job Title: Website Developer

Are you a skilled web developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with multiple platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced website developer to join our team. As a website developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining functional, user-friendly and visually appealing websites on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand website design, functionality and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain websites across WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce and other platforms.
  • Customize and build front-end and back-end solutions including themes, plugins and server integrations.
  • Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal website functionality.
  • Manage website hosting, DNS, databases and perform timely security updates.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery from wireframe to final deployment (go-live).
  • Provide post-launch training and support to clients as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug).
  • Hands-on experience with website architecture, e-commerce platforms and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of DNS, hosting, databases and backup management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and problem-solving mindset.
