Junior Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their creative skills and attention to detail. They will also be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative design concepts and create engaging visual content for campaigns, websites, branding, and print materials.
  • Ensure design work aligns with client requirements and adheres to brand guidelines, providing high-quality drafts under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve design skills and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Manage assigned tasks effectively, delivering within deadlines and taking constructive feedback to refine designs.

Requirements:

  • A degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or strong portfolio/self-taught skills).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.
  • Creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Passion for design, trends, and creative storytelling.
