The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of SAP S/4 HANA initiatives within our organization, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals.

The role includes overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing third-party system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization. This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, with experience in commercial business flows and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
