Job Title: Architect

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and facilities department, you will be responsible for designing and developing master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.

  • Campus Planning & Design:
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces to ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:
  • Evaluate compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes. Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Sustainability & Green Initiatives:
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation). Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch):
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution is required. A master's in architecture is preferred.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in educational/large-scale institutional projects is required.
  • Registration and Certification:
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India is mandatory.
