**Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, including creating a network of work, constructing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), establishing the critical path, and creating a Master Project schedule.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare construction schedules, highlight anticipated delays/deviations, analyze gaps between planned vs actual progress, and provide advice to concerned parties on delays/deviations observed.
  • Process Adherence: Comply with company-defined guidelines and processes, adhere to project timelines, and follow required safety parameters.
  • Process Improvement: Identify processes/procedures that need improvement in own work area, recommend process improvement ideas, and undertake process improvement activities.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 08-12 years of planning experience in large construction projects, preferably residential multistoried apartment complexes/townships.
  • Hands-on experience in modern construction technologies, planning various activities of projects, and coordinating with all departments, including micro-planning and budgeting.
  • Working knowledge in MS Projects and/or Primavera.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
