Senior Test Automation Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global testing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in testing automation within large, complex transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation strategy, a deep understanding of modern test tooling and frameworks, and be comfortable operating across cloud-native and on-prem environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain a modular, reusable test automation framework centered on UiPath Test Suite.
  • Manage and partner with a global testing team to design, plan, and execute testing for all in-scope applications, systems, workflows, and data models/flows.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of all automation testing activities.
  • Define and promote standards, tools, and best practices for test automation, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Adopt and continuously improve best practices and testing standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Hands-on expertise with UiPath Test Suite and familiarity with RPA/GenAI use cases in testing.
  • Strong grounding in software engineering for tests: Git, branching, code review, dependency management.
  • Experience automating API, UI, data, and workflow tests across cloud-native and on-prem systems.
  • Experience working with both cloud native and on-prem applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of financial and/or technology transformation experience.
  • 15+ years overall experience with 8+ year's into leading test automation/project teams consisting of employees, contractors, and partner organizations.
  • MBA preferred but not necessary.
