As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Some of the tasks involved include: selecting, cutting, and assembling raw footage to create engaging short- and mid-form videos, adding music, sound effects, voice-over, and captions/subtitles to enhance storytelling, applying color correction, audio leveling, transitions, and text or graphic overlays, and exporting videos optimized for various platform aspect ratios and formats.

You will also be required to manage video files, archive projects, maintain version control and asset libraries, and implement feedback from marketing, product, and creative teams, delivering multiple drafts on tight deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience editing video content; a portfolio with relevant examples is a must. You should be proficient with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, and possess motion graphics, typography, and text animation skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management under deadline are essential.

A good visual storytelling and pacing sense, as well as the ability to create engaging hooks and rhythm, are crucial for success in this position. Reliable high-speed internet and hardware capable of handling HD/4K edits are also necessary.

Bonus skills include 3D motion graphics (Blender or C4D), experience with motion graphics or visual effects, familiarity with AI editing tools (like Runway, Veo3, etc.), knowledge of e-mobility, tech product content, or social media branding, and the ability to shoot basic b-roll or manage camera setup.
