  3. Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.
  4. Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
  5. Champion UX for rural contexts, vernacular flows, low-bandwidth/offline-first design, accessibility, and culturally relevant trust cues.
  6. Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff, clarity on design specifications, and smooth implementation.
  7. Run design experiments (A/B testing, prototypes) and analyze outcomes to optimize key funnels (onboarding, engagement, transactions).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
  • Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
