Architectural Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and effective design concepts for commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
  • Lead and manage projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage technical drawings, BOQs, and other project documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture (Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's) with 10-13+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and institutional architecture, including project planning and execution.
  • Expertise in drafting technical drawings, material products, and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign school of education or work experience abroad.
  • Candidates from Western Lines due to travel issues in Mumbai.
