About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to lead the development of engaging digital experiences that captivate and convert our audience. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling assets across various channels, from static landing pages to dynamic video campaigns.

This role combines graphic design expertise with motion design skills, requiring a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative marketing and brand storytelling concepts to life.

  • Design and develop visually appealing landing pages in Figma, optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Manage and create marketing visuals across formats, including ads (Google & Meta), social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
