About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to oversee high-impact campaign planning and execution, manage our social media presence, and craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Communication

  • Develop and execute overall content requirements across channels.
  • Lead the content team in writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure timely delivery and high-quality communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTRs, engagement, and conversions through data-driven communication strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Alliance Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of promotions.
  • Coordinate with alliances to plan, approve, and deliver campaigns as per agreed timelines and brand requirements.

Social Media & Community Building

  • Manage brand presence on social platforms.
  • Drive followership growth, engagement metrics, and ROI from community building in line with company objectives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of copywriters and campaign executives.
  • Foster a data-driven and creative-first culture within the team.

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership, and professional copywriting.

Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns and compelling content.

Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
