Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead the growth of our PLM IT Services team. This role demands exceptional domain expertise, leadership acumen, and a strong ability to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build, Manage, and Scale Practice Capabilities: Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Strengthen the PLM Practice: Enhance offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage the Practice: Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Manage financial KPIs and drive profitability and growth targets.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice.
  • Capability Building: Identify future skill requirements and proactively build internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring.
  • Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15-25 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Deep Delivery Experience: Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Strong Background: One or more PLM platforms (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter).
  • MBA Preferred: Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
