The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective copy across various brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create innovative ideas and showcase concepts for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns or narrations of scripts.
  • Maintain award-winning standards in creative work and pursue relevant awards to recognize the team's efforts.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who will provide direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Revise tasks based on internal or external feedback and manage realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process, from idea to final product upload.
Required Skills:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
