Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Compliance Specialist to optimize our contracts with our best interests in mind.

You will be responsible for analyzing purchase (PO) contracts, master-service-agreements, and NDA to identify risks and suggest mitigation plans.

  • Contractual Agreements: Drafting, reviewing contracts, and identifying potential legal risks
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers
  • Contract Management: Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Analyzing complex data and making sound decisions based on data analysis
Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related field
  • Similar experience in the construction industry is a plus
Compensation Package

  • Estimated Salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
