We are seeking a talented ERP Process Analyst to play a key role in the successful implementation and deployment of Workday HCM across our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to HR processes. As a project team member within our large-scale Workday delivery programme, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including process workflows, standard operating procedures, change impact assessments, and other project deliverables.

You will also support in the creation and updating of user training material, and provide post-go-live support as stakeholders adopt Workday into their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all phases of the Workday HCM implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to HR processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of Workday HCM configurations and processes.
  • Develop and support delivery of training materials and user training sessions on Workday HCM.
  • Support in the creation of business process documentation such as workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Work across the project team and with stakeholders to identify process enhancements and requirements to support stakeholders in adopting Workday.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Workday HCM certification is highly preferred.
