Job Responsibilities
  • In-House Graphics Management: Lead a team of graphic designers to create engaging visual content for educational materials.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the workflow, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Team Guidance: Provide feedback and guidance to maintain high standards.
  • Outsourcing and Vendor Management: Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency: Develop procedures to ensure high-quality graphics adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Brand Enforcement: Review and approve all graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Innovation with AI: Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: At least 12 years in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcasing various design projects and styles in Edtech.
  • Software Proficiency: Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Design Principles: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external vendors and outsourcing graphic projects.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Audio Enhancement: Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
  • Visual Content: Strong skills in visualizing and creating educational content.
