Job Title: Management Accounting Team Lead

As a key member of the management accounting team, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the effective operation of ceded reinsurance activities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide lead on ceded reporting, focusing on external reporting for regulators and reinsurers.
  • Support other ceded re administration activities as part of broader Ceded Re Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance operations.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
