Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts and develop engaging content that drives meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy after conducting thorough competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
  • Plan, create, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, videos, and code) to foster strong relationships with customers and promote our brand
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to design effective social media campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends
  • Establish and optimize company pages on each platform to increase content visibility and reach a wider audience
  • Monitor SEO and customer engagement; suggest content optimization strategies to improve performance
  • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with our moderation policy to maintain a positive online presence
  • Work collaboratively with teams across sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  • Create detailed editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maintain consistent content flow and maximize impact
  • Analyze social media data/metrics and insights to measure campaign success and refine future strategies
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand's tone and voice
  • Expand professional networks by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media to stay informed and build relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media analytics tools
