Job Title: Oracle Cloud Technical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Technical Engineer to join our team at CodeVyasA (A unit of Shairiti New Private Limited). As a key member of our Application Support Team, you will be responsible for supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Coordinate with other global Support teams based in India on the development, testing, and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.
  • Resolving user issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Account Receivables, Advance Collection, General Ledger and Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.
  • Collecting requirements for enhancements, and projects, and executing the requirements through technical development or configurations.
  • Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and configurations, and coordinating with the technical team for integration services.
  • Work as part of the Application Support Team to resolve user issues and application issues.
  • Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution in Oracle Cloud.
  • Correct master data and transaction data as required to keep the system healthy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
  • Report development : Familiarity with BIP, OTBI, and other reporting tools in Oracle.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud technology. Good PL/SQL skills, understanding of API creation in Oracle SaaS, and data updates.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud: Ability to resolve issues on OIC, create new integration on OIC and understand of data and mapping of data.
  • Through understanding of data structure, and table structures in Oracle Cloud.
  • Ability to do break fixes on data, reports, and processes.
  • Understanding of developing external integration using OIC, and other Oracle Tools.
  • Understanding of VBCS, Oracle Database on Cloud, and APEX development is a plus.
  • Oracle PaaS component and Oracle infrastructure cloud (OIC) knowledge is nice to have.
  • Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite).
  • Experience in designing and developing complex integrations.
  • Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.
