As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This includes managing and resolving issues related to accounts with overdue payments, as well as conducting preventive work to avoid future overdues with high-exposure accounts.

You will be responsible for contacting clients to secure settlement of accounts, aligning with multiple stakeholders across the globe at all levels, and managing various processes including Intercompany Accounting, Governance, Process Mapping, and Risk Assessment. Additionally, you will support critical business initiatives, automations, and projects that impact inter-company processes, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and gain end-to-end knowledge of processes. You should also have good maturity and flexibility to respond quickly to crisis situations, with excellent accounting skills and USGAAP knowledge being preferred.
