We are seeking a skilled Scientific Equipment Technician to join our team at Waters (India) Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for our scientific equipment across various territories in Uttarakhand.

As a Scientific Equipment Technician, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

You will manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plans as needed. Additionally, you will ensure customer compliance with relevant regulations and deliver system-level training at customer sites. You will also manage service inventory according to Waters' policies and issue field service reports daily to document work performed.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a personal sense of integrity. You should be able to perform effective system-level troubleshooting and have an understanding of scientific application workflow and software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other science-related fields. Alternatively, equivalent experience, training, and education will be considered.
