Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for our clients. This involves providing comprehensive clinical lab data expertise to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the LDM team, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing all appropriate data management documents.
  • You will work closely with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is essential for success in this role.
  • With guidance, you will manage project timelines and quality issues, and identify and justify out-of-scope client requests.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with the LDM team.
  • Interact with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise.
  • Ensure service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements.
  • Record all evidence of the data transmission process from data file definition to closure of study.
  • Manage the delivery of projects through full data management study life-cycle, from setup to lock.
  • Support the identification and resolution of service level issues, as well as the proactive development of contingency plans to mitigate laboratory risk.
  • Works with customers, scientific team, data managers and internal team members to manage issue escalation, workload projections, and provide technical expertise.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharm): Computer Science with Software Configuration and Validation experience required.
