Steelmanship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our operations as a Steel Detailer & Procurement Specialist. This role will focus on detailing and reviewing drawings, preparing bills of materials, and managing procurement needs for our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings. They will also have experience with software such as Tekla Structures or AutoCAD/Advance Steel and be able to generate accurate shop drawings and bills of materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate shop drawings and bills of materials
• Using detailing software to model and detail steel components including stairs, railings, embeds, and structural steel
• Generating and organizing CNC files, bolt lists, BOM, and fabrication-ready documentation
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and coordinated with other trades

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
